We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in original packaging.

  • • Unused, unworn items with tags intact
  • • Original packaging and accessories
  • • Within 7 days of delivery
  • • Unstitched fabrics in uncut condition

Not eligible

  • • Cut, altered, or tailored fabrics
  • • Worn or washed items
  • • Final-sale or discounted clearance
  • • Perfumes and personal care items

How to exchange

    Email us

    Send an email to hello@atelier.pk with your order number and the item you want to exchange.

  2. 02

    Receive instructions

    We reply within one business day with return shipping details.

  3. 03

    Ship it back

    Pack the item in its original packaging and send it via any courier.

  4. 04

    Replacement dispatched

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we dispatch your replacement within 48 hours.

Refunds

We offer exchanges or store credit by default. Cash refunds are issued to the original payment method for damaged or incorrect items only, within 5-7 business days of inspection.
